Bot Permissions

You can associate Kore.ai conversational bots to trigger your Process App or auto-create conversations for your bot. For example, What are my pending tasks?. To associate a Kore.ai conversational bot to your process app and provide permissions, you must add the conversational bot. 

To add a bot, follow the below steps:

  1. Click the Settings tab on the top.
  2. By default, the General Settings page is displayed.
  3. On the left pane, click Bot Permissions.
  4. On the Bot Permissions page, click Add Bot.
  5. On the Add Bot window, enter the following details:
    1. Bot  – Select a bot to associate with your Process App. Here, bots that are available in the logged-in user’s account will appear.
    2. Permissions – Enable Allow the bot to trigger this process. 
  6. Click Add Bot.
