The Enrollment > Preferences page within the Admin Console allows you to make customized configurations for your user enrollment. Here is where you can define the following:
- Self Sign Up for Enterprise Users
- Default User Permissions
- Email Notifications
Self Sign Up for Enterprise Users
In this section, you can choose the default permissions to be assigned to a user when invited or added to your account by account administrators. Your options are:
- Do not allow requests from new users to join this account. This will disable self signup.
- New users from the account owner’s domain can discover and request to join this account. This enables the feature and lets you select how joining requests from new users are to be approved:
- Auto-approve: This allows self signed-up users to be automatically approved as users within the Kore.ai XO Platform.
- Do not auto-approve: In this case, account administrators will have to manually approve join requests.
Default User Permissions
In this section, you can select the default permissions to be assigned to a user when invited or added to your account by account administrators. You can enable or disable the following:
- Access to Bot Builder: Grant the user access to the XO Platform.
- Create New Bots: Allow users to create new assistants within the XO Platform.
- Manage Datatables and Views: Grant access to the Data section of the XO Platform, where the user is able to manage data tables and views.
Email Notifications
This section is where you can decide whether the users should receive email notifications when they are added to your account. You have the following options:
- Only when invited by the administrator: The user will only receive email notifications when they have been invited by an administrator.
- Only when added or synchronized using AD Server: The user will be notified by email only when they have been added or synced using your Active Directory Server.
- Only when added using APIs – The user will only receive email notifications when they have been added via an API connection.
