The Kore.ai XO Platform allows you to share Data Tables or Data Views by assigning them to bots, process apps or apps.

Note: Sharing the data table or data views with users, does NOT support editing or updating the data table or view definitions. For this reason, bot or process developers won’t be able to see a particular data table or data view in their workspace.
The bot or process developers can see the data table or data view definitions using a Service node.
- From the Data Service Request Definition, users can select the Get Data action and click Test to view metadata. For more information, read the Get Data section in Data as a Service post.
- Users can also see all column names while configuring Add Data or Update Data actions. For more information, read the Add Data section in the Data as a Service post.
