Adding an Aha Bot6 min read

Kore.ai provides integration for a built-in Aha Bot that you can use to display message notifications and execute tasks directly from the Kore.ai application. To use the Aha Bot, you just need to add the Bot to your Kore.ai account, and then configure the settings for the Bot, such as authentication to access Aha, and the notification messages that you want. This topic describes the Aha built-in Bot for Kore.ai. For more information about other Kore.ai Bots, see Adding Bots.

About the Kore.ai Bot for Aha

Aha is a web-based product management tool and road mapping software for agile product managers. This Bot enables your team to collaborate on ideas, features, and to-dos.

Integration Type	Web Service – Connect to this Bot using a web service integration where Kore.ai polls the service for updates based on a specified interval.
Category	Project Management – This Bot is available in the Kore.ai application in the Project Management category.

Configuring Aha

To configure web service tasks, you need to add the Aha Bot from the Kore.ai Marketplace tab in the Kore.ai application, and then setup the task.
To setup an Aha task, enter the Aha URL for your company, for example, MyCompanyName.aha.io, your Aha account ID, your password, and then click Connect to Aha.
After you are connected, you can perform tasks for Aha directly from the Kore.ai application and setup message notifications to get notified in the Kore.ai application when an event occurs in Aha.
The following table describes Aha tasks that you can integrate with Kore.ai.

Delete an Idea	In the Perform Task dialog, select an Account select a Product and then search for an Idea. In a space room, you can enter the @aha deleteidea Bot command to invoke and configure this task.
Comment on a Feature	In the Perform Task dialog, select an Account select a Product search for a Feature and then enter a Comment. In a space room, you can enter the @aha commentfeature Bot command to invoke and configure this task.
Delete a Feature	In the Perform Task dialog, select an Account select a Product and then search for a Feature. In a space room, you can enter the @aha deletefeature Bot command to invoke and configure this task.
Update a Feature	In the Perform Task dialog, select an Account select a Product search for a Feature optionally enter a Name optionally select a Status optionally enter a Description optionally select an Assignee optionally select a Start Date optionally select an End Date and then optionally select an Initiative. In a space room, you can enter the @aha updatefetr Bot command to invoke and configure this task.
Update an Idea	In the Perform Task dialog, select an Account select a Product search for an Idea optionally enter a Name optionally enter a Description optionally select a Status optionally select a Visibility optionally select a Feature and then optionally select an Assignee. Delete an Initiative	In the Perform Task dialog, select an Account select a Product and then select an Initiative. In a space room, you can enter the @aha deleteinitiative Bot command to invoke and configure this task.
Get Feature List by Release	In the Perform Task dialog, select an Account select a Product and then select a Release. In a space room, you can enter the @aha getlist Bot command to invoke and configure this task.
Add a To-Do on a Feature	In the Perform Task dialog, select an Account select a Product search for a Feature enter a Title optionally enter a Description optionally select an Assignee and then select a Due Date. In a space room, you can enter the @aha addtodo Bot command to invoke and configure this task.
Create a Feature	In the Perform Task dialog, select an Account select a Product select a Release optionally enter a Name select a Type of feature select a Status optionally enter a Description optionally select an Assignee optionally select a Start Date optionally select an End Date and then optionally select an Initiative. In a space room, you can enter the @aha createfeature Bot command to invoke and configure this task.
