The summary information on these metrics can be filtered by date, conversation type (interactive and non-interactive), and conversation status, and more.<\/p>\n<p><b>Note<\/b>: The <b>Overview<\/b> Dashboard is available only post 9.3 release, i.e. post-July 24, 2022.<\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Navigating_to_the_Overview_Dashboard\">Navigating to the Overview Dashboard<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Use the following steps to view the Overview dashboard:<\/p>\n<p>1. Proceed to the Analyze menu of your virtual assistant.<\/p>\n<p>2. Click the <b>Analyze<\/b> tab on the top menu.<\/p>\n<p>3.
