You will be directed to the login page.<\/p>\n<p>You can sign up for Kore.ai&#8217;s XO Platform in any of the following two ways:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Create a new account<\/b>: The Kore.ai&#8217;s XO Platform allows any user to sign up for the platform using their email address. You can sign up to create a personal account or even take the lead in setting up your enterprise\u2019s account in Kore.ai. After you sign up for the account, you automatically become the account&#8217;s Admin, which allows you to invite other users to the account.<\/li>\n<li><b>Join an existing enterprise account<\/b>: If your enterprise is already on Kore.ai, you can become a part of the account in one of the following ways:\n<ul>\n<li>Your enterprise account&#8217;s Bots Admin sends you an invite. If you haven\u2019t already received the invitation email, reach out to your Bots Admin for access.<\/li>\n<li>You can sign up using your enterprise email account and you are prompted to either join the enterprise network or create your own personal account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Single-Sign On Account<\/b>: You can also sign up using Google, Microsoft Office or LinkedIn profiles.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n\r\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column \">\r\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\r\n\t\t\t<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"New_Account_Sign-up\">New Account Sign-up<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>To sign up for a new account on the Kore.ai&#8217;s XO Platform, follow the below steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to <a href=\"https:\/\/bots.kore.ai\/botbuilder\/login\">https:\/\/bots.kore.ai\/botbuilder\/login<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>On the Sign-up page, enter the email ID in the <strong>Enter your email<\/strong> field.\n<div class=\"alert alert-info\"><em><b>Note<\/b>: If the email address is already registered, the platform initiates the sign-in workflow and prompts for the password.<\/em><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>Enter all the other details to create the account.\n<div class=\"alert alert-info\"><em><b>Note<\/b>: The account you create is identified by the Company\/Account name. When you invite other users to the account, the email includes this name.<\/em><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>Click <b>Sign up<\/b>. A confirmation email is sent to the email address entered. Confirm the link to sign in to the new account. From this page you can access various offerings:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<div class=\"alert alert-info\"><strong>Virtual Assistants<\/strong> &#8211; Design, build, test, and deploy AI-powered virtual assistants. This is selected by default. <a href=\"\/docs\/bots\/chatbot-overview\/getting-started-bots\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Refer here for more<\/a>.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Process Apps<\/strong> &#8211; Build multi-step and multi-user workflows for automating internal and external processes, for example, expense reimbursement, leave approval, etc. <a href=\"\/docs\/process-apps\/introduction\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Refer here for more<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Data<\/strong> &#8211; Define Data Tables, Table Views, and manipulate them from your Virtual Assistants and Process Apps. Thus taking care of your data needs, without having to depend on external services. <a href=\"\/docs\/bots\/advanced-topics\/data-as-a-service\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Refer here for more<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Explore Store<\/strong> &#8211; Explore and import template virtual assistants from Kore.ai&#8217;s online marketplace that run on the Kore.ai platform. <a href=\"\/docs\/bots\/bot-store\/store\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Refer here for more<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kore-wordpress.s3.us-east-2.amazonaws.com\/developer.kore.ai\/v9-2\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/26\/20220208155247\/new_landing-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"900\" height=\"768\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-32179\" \/><\/p>\n\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"w-separator size_small with_line width_default thick_1 style_solid color_border align_center\"><div class=\"w-separator-h\"><\/div><\/div>\r\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column \">\r\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\r\n\t\t\t<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Inviting_User_Bot_Admin\">Inviting User &#8211; Bot Admin<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Account administrators can add other enterprise users to the virtual assistant account by inviting them from the Bots Admin portal.<br \/>\nTo invite users to your Kore.ai&#8217;s XO Platform account, follow the below steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Sign in to the Bots Admin portal.<\/li>\n<li>On the left pane, select <b>Enrollment &gt; Invite<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>Enter the email IDs of the users you want to invite.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Send Invitation<\/strong>. An invitation email is sent to these users.<br \/>\n<a ref=\"magnificPopup\" href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/26\/Bots-Admin-1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-16677\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/26\/Bots-Admin-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"820\" height=\"461\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<li>When the invited user accepts\u00a0the invitation, they are redirected to the Sign-up page.\n<ul>\n<li>If the user is new to the platform, they need to enter the required details shown in step 3 to complete the registration.<\/li>\n<li>If the user\u2019s email address\u00a0is already registered on the platform, the user is prompted to enter the password to sign in.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"alert alert-info\"><strong>Note<\/strong>: At this point, the user can only access virtual assistants built in this account and cannot build virtual assistants from the Bot Builder for this account.<\/div>\n\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"w-separator size_small with_line width_default thick_1 style_solid color_border align_center\"><div class=\"w-separator-h\"><\/div><\/div>\r\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column \">\r\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\r\n\t\t\t<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Giving_Access_to_Bot_Builder\">Giving Access to Bot Builder<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>After a user is invited to an account, the administrator can enable Bot Builder access to these users.
