To enable and configure instance failure alerts, follow the below steps:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Click the <\/span><b>Settings <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">tab on the top.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">By default, the <\/span><b>General Settings<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> page is displayed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">On the left pane, click <\/span><b>Alerts<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">On the Alerts page, turn on the <\/span><b>Instance Failure Alert<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> toggle and configure the following details:<\/span>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Notify To<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> &#8211; By default, the Process Owner is selected. So, the alert notification is sent to the Process Owner.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Subject <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8211; By default, the subject of the notification mail is displayed. For example, a request has failed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Message <\/b>&#8211; By default, the message is displayed. The reason for failure will be appended to the message you draft.
