General Settings<\/b> allows you to make generic changes to your Process App. To make changes to your Process App, follow the below steps:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Click the <\/span>Settings <\/b>tab on the top.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. By default, the <\/span>General Settings<\/b> page is displayed.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. On the General Settings page, you can update the following:<\/span>\n
      \n
    1. App Icon<\/b> – Add an image to set as your app icon.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Name <\/b>\u00a0– Change or update your Process App\u2019s name. You cannot change the name if it is published.<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Description <\/b>– Add or update the description of your app.<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. Visibility <\/b>– Select your Process App to be <\/span>Private <\/span><\/i>or <\/span>Public<\/span><\/i>. You cannot change the visibility if it is published.<\/span>\n

      1. Private <\/b>– If selected, your Process App will be visible to anyone with the app link. <\/span><\/li>\n
      2. Public <\/b>– If selected, your Process App will be restricted to specified user groups and users added to the system.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
