{"id":23319,"date":"2020-03-20T08:22:01","date_gmt":"2020-03-20T08:22:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/developer.kore.ai\/v9-1\/?p=23319"},"modified":"2021-08-14T11:14:07","modified_gmt":"2021-08-14T10:14:07","slug":"dashboard-bac","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/developer.kore.ai\/v9-1\/docs\/bots\/bot-admin\/dashboard-bac\/","title":{"rendered":"Dashboard"},"content":{"rendered":"<section class=\"l-section wpb_row height_auto\"><div class=\"l-section-h i-cf\"><div class=\"g-cols vc_row type_default valign_top\"><div class=\"vc_col-sm-12 wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\r\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column \">\r\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\r\n\t\t\t<p>Note: This page refers to the Dashboard page of the Bot Admin Console, for the Dashboard of the Bot Builder <a href=\"\/docs\/bots\/analyzing-your-bot\/dashboard\/\">refer here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Upon accessing the <a href=\"\/docs\/bots\/bot-admin\/adminconsole\/\">Bot Admin Console<\/a>, you will be directed to its Dashboard page.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong class=\"UserInterface_Kore.ai\">Dashboard<\/strong> page of the Bots Admin Console is your one-stop for bot activity and bot user overview of your company bot account.<\/p>\n\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"w-separator size_small with_line width_default thick_1 style_solid color_border align_center\"><div class=\"w-separator-h\"><\/div><\/div>\r\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column \">\r\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\r\n\t\t\t<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Dashboard_Metrics\">Dashboard Metrics<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Real-time Status:\u00a0<\/strong>This gives an overview of your entire enterprise account at a given point in time. It is set to refresh every 1 minute, which can be customized using the dropdown next to the Refresh button.<br \/>\nThe Realtime Status includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Active Bots<\/strong> &#8211; bots that have one or more active sessions. Clicking on the expand arrow displays the name of the Active Bot along with the number of users interacting with it.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Active Channels<\/strong> &#8211; clicking on the card expands the list of active channels along with the number of users using the same.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Active Agent Sessions<\/strong> &#8211; agent sessions that are in progress at a given instance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bot Metrics<\/strong>: By default, Bot metrics based on usage of <strong>all bots<\/strong> during the <strong>last 24 hours<\/strong> is displayed. You can customize the metrics displayed by the time period and bot selection.\n<ul>\n<li>Select the <strong>Bot<\/strong> for which you want to see the metrics and further select Task (multiple selections allowed) within the Bot if needed. By default, the metrics for all Bots are displayed<\/li>\n<li>Select the <strong>Time Period<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>7 Days<\/strong> \u2013 Data aggregated over the past seven days is displayed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>24 Hours<\/strong> \u2013 Data aggregated during the preceding 24 hours is displayed. This is the default setting.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Custom<\/strong> \u2013 Click to display the Custom Date Range dialog that you can use to define a specific date period &#8211; start date, and the end data for displaying activity data. Selection up to a maximum of 90 days preceding the current date is allowed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Filters<\/b> can be applied to display Metrics for the following:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>conversation session type<\/strong>\u00a0can be either one or both (default setting) of the following:\n<ul>\n<li><em>interactive sessions<\/em> &#8211; the conversation which include one or more messages from the user;<\/li>\n<li><em>non-interactive sessions<\/em> &#8211; conversations where only\u00a0 bot messages are presented without any message from the user;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>(introduced in ver 8.0) <a href=\"\/docs\/bots\/bot-settings\/bot-sessions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">see here for more details on the conversation sessions<\/a><\/li>\n<li>over a specified <strong>Channel;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>based upon the <strong>meta tags<\/strong> added at a message, user, or session levels. Multiple tags can be selected wherein the <em>\u2018AND\u2019<\/em> condition is applied (<a href=\"#Tag_based_Filters\">see below<\/a> for the applicability of the filter on widgets).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>An overview of the number of successfully <strong>Completed Tasks<\/strong>, <strong>Total Users<\/strong> (unique users) who have interacted with the bot, number of <strong>Alerts Sent<\/strong>\u00a0is displayed.<\/li>\n<li>A graphic illustration of the <strong>Messages and Conversation Sessions <\/strong>by the hour. This includes\n<ul>\n<li>Number of Messages per hour\/day based upon the time period selected. A message is defined as an interaction between the user and the Bot.<\/li>\n<li>The number of Conversation Sessions per hour\/day based upon the time period selected &#8211; Conversation Session is defined as the uninterrupted exchange of messages between user and Bot without change of intent even after a considerable idle time based on the bot settings (<a href=\"\/docs\/bots\/bot-settings\/bot-sessions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">refer here for sessions configuration<\/a>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>A chart depicting the\u00a0<strong>Billing Sessions<\/strong> by the hour\/day based upon the time period selected. These are the number of 15-minute uninterrupted volleys constituting a billing cycle.<\/li>\n<li>Hourly (or Daily) details of the <strong>Successful Tasks <\/strong>and <strong>Active User<\/strong> is displayed.<\/li>\n<li>The activity related to Successful Tasks, Bots used, and Active Users are also displayed.<a ref=\"magnificPopup\" href=\"https:\/\/kore-wordpress.s3.us-east-2.amazonaws.com\/developer.kore.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/22\/20221201104303\/BAC_dashboard-1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-24673\" src=\"https:\/\/kore-wordpress.s3.us-east-2.amazonaws.com\/developer.kore.ai\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/22\/20221201104303\/BAC_dashboard-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1366\" height=\"768\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"w-separator size_small with_line width_default thick_1 style_solid color_border align_center\"><div class=\"w-separator-h\"><\/div><\/div>\r\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column \">\r\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\r\n\t\t\t<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Tag_based_Filters\">Tag based Filters<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Post ver7.1 release of the platform, you can filter the dashboard using meta tags added at a message, user or session levels.\u00a0Multiple tags can be selected under the filter criteria, an \u2018<em>and<\/em>&#8216; condition will be applied across multiple fields selected for filtering.<\/p>\n<p>NOTE: This option is available only when one bot is selected.
