Kore.ai allows cross-domain Bot sharing. You can share your Bot with one or more developers from the same or different enterprises enabling them to edit the shared Bot tasks, channels, and other settings.<\/p>\n\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n

Sharing Bots<\/span><\/h2>\n

There are two ways of sharing a Bot with your co-developers – from Bot Builder or from Bot Admin Console (as Account Admin)<\/p>\n

From the Bot Builder<\/span><\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. To share the bot with another Bot Developer, log on to the Bot Builder<\/b> and select the Bot you want to share.<\/li>\n
  2. Select the\u00a0Manage<\/strong> tab from the top menu.<\/li>\n
  3. From the left menu click\u00a0Team<\/strong>
    \nDevelopers who have access to any of the ‘Bot Admin’ permissions, can invite new developers.

  4. Click the Invite<\/b> button on the right side of the page. Enter the name of the developer, the list of developers will drop down and you can select from the list. You can add more than one developer at a time.<\/li>\n
  5. Select the groups to which you want to assign the developer and select the\u00a0 Role.

  6. Confirm by selecting Invite <\/b>to add and share your bot with one or more developers.<\/li>\n
  7. You can also use the\u00a0Invite Members <\/strong>option from the Dashboard to add a user to your account.
