This is a one-stop place for sessions trend with the breakup of self-service, drop-off, and agent sessions along with insights into tasks and intents used in these sessions. Note that the Containment Metrics would be available only for the conversation sessions that are started post-release of v8.0. <a href=\"\/v8-1\/docs\/bots\/analyzing-your-bot\/dashboard\/#Containment_Metrics\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Know more<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Proactively close <strong>conversation sessions<\/strong> after a certain idle time set to any duration between 5 and 60 minutes. The older way of keeping the session alive till the user returns after 15 minutes of inactivity would soon be discontinued. <a href=\"\/v8-1\/docs\/bots\/bot-settings\/bot-management\/bot-sessions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Know more<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Non-interactive sessions<\/strong> are now considered in the conversation sessions for various dashboards and analytics. Non-interactive sessions are those conversations that do not include any message from the user. This change might result in an increase in the number of sessions. Various analytics features and relevant APIs allow you to filter the data for interactive and non-interactive sessions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Chat History<\/strong> provides visibility into the user information with the inclusion of the user data obtained from the channel of interaction, custom tags that were included in the bot, and any previous conversation sessions by the same customer and the corresponding analytics.<\/li>\n<li>Filter <strong>Chat History<\/strong> on user identity from the Channels. <a href=\"\/v8-1\/docs\/bots\/analyzing-your-bot\/bot-analysis\/#Chat_History\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Know more<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Filter and download <strong>Changelogs<\/strong> in Bot Builder and <strong>Audit Logs<\/strong> in the Admin Console.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Custom Meta Tags<\/strong> can now be added directly from BotKit SDK, Web \/ Mobile SDK, IVR, and Webhook channels. <a href=\"\/v8-1\/docs\/bots\/sdks\/kore-ai-web-sdk-tutorial\/#Custom_Meta_Tags_via_webSDK\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Know more<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Introducing <strong>koreUtil.getSessionId<\/strong> function to get the sessionId, a unique Conversation Session identifier, of the current ongoing conversation. This would include the deletion of tasks and languages not included in the import definition. Also included is the option to auto-publish the bot post successful bot import. <a href=\"\/v8-1\/docs\/bots\/bot-settings\/bot-management\/bot-management-2\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Know more<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Bot Versions<\/strong> can now be exported. <a href=\"\/v8-1\/docs\/bots\/bot-admin\/bots-management\/bot-versioning\/#Actions\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Know more<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Storyboard<\/strong> &#8211; The storyboard experience has been enhanced with the following:\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to link scenes from another story;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to access version history and revert to a previous version;<\/li>\n<li>Enhanced comment behavior for better collaboration;<\/li>\n<li>Ability to add tags to Notes, change the background image of the Preview page, and support for image template;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"\/v8-1\/docs\/bots\/bot-builder-tool\/bot-creation\/storyboard\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Know more<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Universal Bot<\/strong> enhancements include:\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to use the tasks from the linked bots for defining the event handlers in the Universal Bot.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to configure up to 15 (as opposed to the current limit of 5) linked bots as <strong>Fallback bots<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to mark linked bots as <strong>Inclusive bots<\/strong> that will always be considered for Intent Detection at the time of evaluating the user utterances.<\/li>\n<li>Ability to add up to 500 (from the current 50) <strong>training utterances<\/strong> per linked bot for the training of the ML model.<\/li>\n<li>Inclusion of in-context linked bot\u2019s information as part of the bot context to aid in the customization of the bot definition or the end-user experience.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"\/v8-1\/docs\/bots\/advanced-topics\/universal-bot\/training-a-universal-bot\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Know more<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Channel Enhancement<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>New channel enablements:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Skype for Business On-Premise<\/strong> channel support for on-premises Kore.ai installations. <a href=\"\/uncategorised\/adding-the-skype-for-business-onprem-channel\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Know more<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>IVR &#8211; AudioCodes<\/strong> voice channel. <a href=\"\/v8-1\/docs\/bots\/channel-enablement\/adding-the-ivr-audiocodes-channel\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Know more<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Namespaces<\/strong> &#8211; categorize variables into Namespaces and map these Namespaces to various components of the bot definition.
