inherit\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Creating a Universal Bot involves the following major steps:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Create the Basic Universal Bot<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Add Linked Bots<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Train the Universal Bot<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Configure the Channels<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Test the Universal Bot<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: Creation<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Open the Bot Builder and start creating the universal bot by setting the basic bot details such as its name, default language, etc.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Open the <a href=\"\/v7-3\/docs\/bots\/chatbot-overview\/how-to-access-bot-builder\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Bot Builder<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>At the top right side of the bot listing page, click <b>+ New Bot<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>In the <b>Bot Name<\/b> field, enter a name for the bot.<\/li>\n<li>Set the\u00a0<strong>Default Bot Language.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Select the <strong>Bot Type<\/strong> as <em>Universal Bot<\/em>.<br \/>\n<a ref=\"magnificPopup\" href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/UB_creation.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-23009\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/UB_creation.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"499\" height=\"501\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n\r\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column \">\r\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\r\n\t\t\t<h3 id=\"step1\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Universal_Bot_Version\">Universal Bot Version<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>(post ver7.3 release of the platform)<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You will be prompted to upgrade to the Universal Bot 2.0, this version provides training capability to the universal bot.<\/li>\n<li>You can choose to\u00a0<strong>Upgrade<\/strong> or continue with the older version. <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Note<\/span> that the older version will be deprecated soon in the platform.<\/li>\n<li>If you want to work with the older version, <a href=\"\/v7-3\/docs\/bots\/advanced-topics\/universal-bot\/creating-a-universal-bot-older-version\/\">refer here<\/a> for further instructions.<\/li>\n<li>This current document refers to the instructions for the upgraded version of universal bot.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a ref=\"magnificPopup\" href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/UB_upgrade.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-23011\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/UB_upgrade.png\" id=\"Step_2_Add_Linked_Bots\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Step 2: Add Linked Bots<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">After you create a universal bot, link one or more existing bots to it. Since a universal bot comprises of other bots, you must have already created at least one <\/span><\/span><a href=\"\/v7-3\/docs\/bots\/bot-builder-tool\/develop\/bot-types\/defining-a-standard-bot\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">standard bot<\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Important Notes<\/span><\/span><\/b><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Linking a standard Bot does not give the owner or the developers of the universal Bot access to the linked Bot&#8217;s tasks and functions.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">The universal Bot does not clone the tasks in the linked Bots but performs them via the linked Bot. So, any changes made to the linked Bot reflect the universal Bot\u2019s functionality.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Follow these steps to add linked bots to the Universal Bot:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Open the universal bot to which you want to link other bots.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Select\u00a0<\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Linked Bots<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"> from the left navigation menu or use the <\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">+Link Bots<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"> link from the Bot Summary page (landing page when you open a Bot) Linked Bot card.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Click the <\/span><\/span><b><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Link a Bot<\/span><\/span><\/b><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"> link to open the Select a Bot dialog.<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<b><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Note<\/span><\/span><\/b><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">: On the Select a Bot dialog, you can only see the bots for which you are either the owner or a co-developer. If you cannot see a bot in this window, make sure the bot is shared with you by its owner.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Hover over the Bot to access the\u00a0<\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Link Bot<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"> button, click to link.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Once linked you will see a message stating the same.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">You can expand the Bot name to see details like Invocation Name and Training Utterances. You can add the same here or later as explained in <\/span><\/span><a href=\"#Step_3_Training\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Step 3: Training Universal Bot<\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Select the bots that you want to link to the bot and close the dialog.<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<a ref=\"magnificPopup\" href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/UB_selectBot.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-23014\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/UB_selectBot.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"731\" height=\"729\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Once you have linked Bots to the Universal Bot, the <\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Linked Bots<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"> page will list all the Linked Bots. You can use the <\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Link Bot<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"> button to link another Bot.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li>You can mark some bots as fallback bots to be used for detecting intents when no other bots are identified from other training options.\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Use the toggle switch to enable or disable the\u00a0<\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Use as Fallback<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">\u00a0option for a given bot.<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<a ref=\"magnificPopup\" href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/UB_fallback.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-23004\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/UB_fallback.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1363\" height=\"327\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Unlink_a_Bot\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Unlink a Bot<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">If you want to unlink a linked bot, follow these steps:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">On the Linked Bots page, hover over the bot you want to unlink.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Click over the elipses (more icon) to view the <\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Un-Link<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"> option.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Click <\/span><\/span><b><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Un-Link.<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Remember to Publish the bot for the changes to be reflected in the published bot.<\/p>\n\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"w-separator size_small with_line width_default thick_1 style_solid color_border align_center\"><div class=\"w-separator-h\"><\/div><\/div>\r\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column \">\r\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\r\n\t\t\t<h2 id=\"step3\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Step_3_Training\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Step 3: Training<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Post-release of the ver7.3 of the Bots platform, Universal Bot functionality has been enhanced to enable training of the same. This section details the steps in training the bot, for more details on training <\/span><\/span><a href=\"\/v7-3\/docs\/bots\/advanced-topics\/universal-bot\/training-a-universal-bot\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">refer here<\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Open the universal bot that you want to train. This bot should be having bots linked to it.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">From the left navigation menu, select <\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Natural Language -&gt; Training<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Select the\u00a0<\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Linked Bot Training<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"> section and <\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Select Bot<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"> you want to train.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li>Expand the <strong>Invocation Names<\/strong> section to add the same. \u00a0These will be treated as a special set of synonyms defined against linked bot names. <a href=\"\/v7-3\/docs\/bots\/advanced-topics\/universal-bot\/training-a-universal-bot\/#Invocation_Names\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Refer here for more<\/a>.\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">The name of the Bot is by default added as an invocation name, you can delete it if not required.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Enter additional <\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Invocation Names<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"> as per your requirement.<\/span><\/span><a ref=\"magnificPopup\" href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/UB_train_invocname.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-22997\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/UB_train_invocname.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1365\" height=\"553\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Expand the\u00a0<strong>Utterances<\/strong> section to add utterances. These refer to the typical ways in which the users are expected to ask for intent from a linked bot. <a href=\"\/v7-3\/docs\/bots\/advanced-topics\/universal-bot\/training-a-universal-bot\/#Utterances\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Refer here for more<\/a>.\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Add utterances as per your requirement.<\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<a ref=\"magnificPopup\" href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/UB_train_utterance.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-22999\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/UB_train_utterance.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1361\" height=\"539\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<li>You can also use the <strong>Copy from linked bot<\/strong>\u00a0option to add the utterances from the linked bot.\n<ol>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Selecting this option will open\u00a0<\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">copy from bot<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">\u00a0page for the linked bot under training.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Select the relevant task from the linked bot from the\u00a0<\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Select Task<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">\u00a0drop down.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">All the utterances for that task will be listed and you can select from the list. Multiselection is allowed.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Click\u00a0<\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Done<\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"> to add the utterances.<\/span><\/span><a ref=\"magnificPopup\" href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/UB_train_copyutterance.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-22998\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/UB_train_copyutterance.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"687\" height=\"661\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">Train <\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit\">the bot to activate these above changes.<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"w-separator size_small with_line width_default thick_1 style_solid color_border align_center\"><div class=\"w-separator-h\"><\/div><\/div>\r\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column \">\r\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\r\n\t\t\t<h2 id=\"step3\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Step_4_Configure_the_Channels\">Step 4: Configure the Channels<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The universal Bot requires channel configurations separate from its underlying linked Bots, so the channels must be set up or enabled again. You can set up channels for the universal Bot regardless of the linked Bot channels and the published tasks of the linked Bots will execute from the universal Bot channels.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Before you Begin<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This article assumes that you understand the fundamentals of configuring channels in Kore.ai and therefore focuses on the configuration aspects specific to the universal bots. For fundamentals of configuring channels in the Bot Builder, refer to <a href=\"\/v7-3\/docs\/bots\/bot-builder-tool\/channel-enablement\/adding-channels-to-your-bot\/\">Adding Channels to your Bot<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><b>Important Notes<\/b>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Universal Bot is available only on the channels enabled for it, regardless of the enabled channels for the linked Bots.<\/li>\n<li>If a channel is configured for both linked and universal Bots, the message delivered to the user follows the channel-specific messages and formatting configured at the linked Bot.<\/li>\n<li>If a channel enabled for the universal Bot is not enabled for the linked Bot, the universal Bot responds with the default messages defined for the linked Bot\u2019s functionality.<\/li>\n<li>If you do not set up any channel-specific formatting at either the universal or the linked Bot\u2019s settings, the default message with standard formatting gets applied.<\/li>\n<li>Alerts configured from universal Bot will be delivered via the universal Bot.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Steps in Configuring a Channel<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Open the universal bot for which you want to configure new channels.<\/li>\n<li>Hover over the left navigation panel and click <b>Channels<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>From the list of supported channels on the Channels page, click the channel to configure it.<\/li>\n<li>The configuration settings for each channel vary according to the channel. When you click a channel to configure it, the configuration instructions are displayed. However, in the case of the universal bots, you see not just the shortlisted intents for the utterance but also the bots to which they belong. The name of the bot is prefixed to the intent in the following syntax: <i>Bot Name: Task Name.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><strong>Before you begin<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This article assumes that you understand the fundamentals of testing bots in Kore.ai Bots platform and therefore focuses on the testing aspects specific to the universal bots. To refer to the fundamentals of testing bots in the Bots Builder, read <a href=\"\/v7-3\/docs\/bots\/bot-builder-tool\/test-your-bot\/testing-your-bot-with-nlp\/\">Testing your bot<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p id=\"Testing_a_User_Utterance\"><strong>Steps in Testing a User Utterance<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Follow these steps to test user utterances for universal bots:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Open the universal bot for which you want to test the user utterances.<\/li>\n<li>Hover over the left navigation panel and click <b>Testing -&gt; Utterance Testing<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>In the <b>Type a user utterance<\/b> field, enter the utterance that you want to test. For example <i>weather<\/i>.<\/li>\n<li>The results show up below with single, multiple, or no matching intents. For example, below is a multiple match result for the <i>weather<\/i> utterance.<\/li>\n<li>Clicking the <strong>bots scoped\u00a0<\/strong>will give the details of the process involved in evaluating the linked bots. <a href=\"\/v7-3\/docs\/bots\/advanced-topics\/universal-bot\/training-a-universal-bot\/#Implementation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Refer here for more details<\/a>.<a ref=\"magnificPopup\" href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/UB_testingSuccess2.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-23023\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/15\/UB_testingSuccess2.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1366\" height=\"800\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4>Understanding the Test Results<\/h4>\n<p>The result for test utterances fall into one of these three categories:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Single Matched Intent<\/b>: A task or user intent of one of the linked bots matched the input.\n<ul>\n<li><i>If it is a correct match, <\/i>you can provide additional training for the same task in the same bot to enhance its score, or you can also train a different task from another bot to recognize the utterance.<\/li>\n<li><i>If it is an incorrect match<\/i>, click the <b>Mark as Incorrect Match<\/b> link next to the matched intent. Clicking the link allows you to select the task or intent from the same or another bot that should match.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><b>Multiple Matches with Same Scores<\/b>: More than one task with the same recognition score matched the intent. These tasks can belong to one or more than one linked bots. Select the radio button next to the task that you want to match for the utterance.<\/li>\n<li><b>Unidentified Intent<\/b>: The user input did not match any task in any of the linked bots. Train the bot as explained below to match the right bot and linked task.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Improving the Universal Bot Performance<\/h4>\n<p>You can train the universal bot for a more efficient and accurate functioning. An email is sent to the developer with comments from the Bots Admin.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><strong>Suspended<\/strong><\/td>\n<td>The Bots Admin suspended the use of a deployed bot. An email is sent to the developer with comments from the Bots Admin.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<h4>Publish the Bot<\/h4>\n<p>Follow these steps to publish a universal bot:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Open the universal bot that you want to publish.<\/li>\n<li>Hover over the left navigation panel and click <b>Publish<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>On the Publish page, select the linked bots you want to publish.
