This Dashboard is divided into two parts:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Bot Summary<\/strong> to get a bird&#8217;s eye view of all the bot configuration and capabilities in a place.<\/li>\n<li>From <strong>Usage Metrics<\/strong> page view real-time and standard dashboards on your bot&#8217;s performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a ref=\"magnificPopup\" href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/dashboard-access.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-16654\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/dashboard-access.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"250\" height=\"766\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"w-separator size_small with_line width_default thick_1 style_solid color_border align_center\"><div class=\"w-separator-h\"><\/div><\/div>\r\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column \">\r\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\r\n\t\t\t<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Bot_Summary\">Bot Summary<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>This page gives a detailed summary of the Bot configuration. This includes various snippets of bot definition as widgets. Clicking on any of these widgets takes you to the corresponding module.<\/p>\n<p>These snippets give an overview of the:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tasks added (list of Linked Bots in case of a Universal Bot),<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge Graph configured,<\/li>\n<li>Natural Language &#8211; patterns, utterances and synonyms,<\/li>\n<li>Change Logs<\/li>\n<li>Developers working on the Bot<\/li>\n<li>Authorization Profile,<\/li>\n<li>Events,<\/li>\n<li>Bot Variables, and<\/li>\n<li>any other settings configured for this Bot.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You can use this page to Import and Export Bot, and add New Tasks too.<br \/>\n<a ref=\"magnificPopup\" href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/dashboard-bot-summary.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-16655\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/13\/dashboard-bot-summary.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"820\" height=\"461\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"w-separator size_small with_line width_default thick_1 style_solid color_border align_center\"><div class=\"w-separator-h\"><\/div><\/div>\r\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column \">\r\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\r\n\t\t\t<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Usage_Metrics\">Usage Metrics<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>From the Dashboard on the left navigation menu, you can access <strong>Usage Metrics<\/strong> page. This page is your one-stop bot activity and bot user overview.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Realtime Status:\u00a0<\/strong>This gives an overview of your Bot usage at a given point in time. It is set to refresh every 30 secs, which can be customized using the dropdown next to the Refresh button.<br \/>\nThe Realtime Status includes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Active Users<\/strong> &#8211; number of users interacting with the Bot.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Active Channels<\/strong> &#8211; clicking on the card expands the list of active channels along with the number of users using the same.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Active Agent Sessions<\/strong> &#8211; sessions that are in progress at a given instance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Chat Session Records<\/strong>: By default, Bot usage metrics based on usage of the bot during the past 24 hours is displayed. You can customize the metrics displayed by time period and bot selection.\n<ul>\n<li>Select the <strong>Time Period<\/strong>:\n<ul>\n<li><strong>7 Days<\/strong> \u2013 Data aggregated over the past seven days is displayed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>24 Hours<\/strong> \u2013 Only data aggregated during the immediate preceding 24 hours is displayed. This is the default setting.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Custom<\/strong> \u2013 Click to display the Custom Date Range dialog that you can use to define a specific date period. On the left side, select or enter a start date, and then on the right side, select or enter the end data for displaying activity data. Selection upto a maximum of 90 days preceding current date is allowed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Filter<\/strong> can be applied to display Metrics\n<ul>\n<li>over a specified Channel.<\/li>\n<li>based upon the meta tags added at a message, user or session levels.
