You will be directed to the login page.<br \/>\n<a ref=\"magnificPopup\" href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/BotBuilderAccess.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-18805\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/BotBuilderAccess.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"454\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nYou can sign up for Kore.ai Bot Builder in any of the following two ways:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>Create a new account<\/b>: Bot Builder allows any user to sign up for the platform using their email address. You can sign up to create a personal account or even take the lead in setting up your enterprise\u2019s account in Kore.ai. Once you sign up for the account, you automatically become the account&#8217;s Admin, which allows you to invite other users to the account.<\/li>\n<li><b>Join an existing enterprise account<\/b>: If your enterprise is already on Kore.ai, you can become a part of the account in one of the following ways:\n<ul>\n<li>Your enterprise account&#8217;s Bots Admin sends you an invite. If you haven\u2019t already received the invitation email, reach out to your Bots Admin for the access.<\/li>\n<li>You can sign up using your Enterprise email account and you will be prompted to either join the enterprise network or create your own personal account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"w-separator size_small with_line width_default thick_1 style_solid color_border align_center\"><div class=\"w-separator-h\"><\/div><\/div>\r\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column \">\r\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\r\n\t\t\t<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"New_Account_Sign-up\">New Account Sign-up<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Follow these steps to sign up for a new Bot Builder account:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to <a href=\"https:\/\/bots.kore.ai\/botbuilder\/login\">https:\/\/bots.kore.ai\/botbuilder\/login<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>In the email address field, enter the address using which you want to create the account.\n<div class=\"alert alert-info\"><em><b>Note<\/b>: If the email address is already registered, the platform initiates the sign-in workflow and prompts for the password<\/em><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>On the Sign-up page, enter all the details to create the account.\n<div class=\"alert alert-info\"><em><b>Note<\/b>: The account you create is identified by the Company\/Account name. When you invite other users to the account, the email includes this name.<\/em><\/div>\n<p><a ref=\"magnificPopup\" href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/NewAccountCreationForm.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-18821\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/NewAccountCreationForm.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"800\" height=\"456\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Click <b>Sign up<\/b>. A confirmation email is sent to the email address entered. Confirm the link to sign in to the new account. Once you confirm the link, your account is created.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"w-separator size_small with_line width_default thick_1 style_solid color_border align_center\"><div class=\"w-separator-h\"><\/div><\/div>\r\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column \">\r\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\r\n\t\t\t<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Inviting_User_Bot_Admin\">Inviting User &#8211; Bot Admin<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Account administrators can add other enterprise users to the bot account by inviting them from the Bots Admin portal.<br \/>\nTo invite users to your Kore.ai Bot Builder account, follow these steps:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Sign in to Bots Admin portal.<\/li>\n<li>From the left-side navigation pane, select\u00a0<b>Enrollment &gt; Invite<\/b>.<\/li>\n<li>Enter the email addresses of the users you want to invite. An invitation email is sent to these users.<br \/>\n<a ref=\"magnificPopup\" href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/Bots-Admin-1.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-16677\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/12\/Bots-Admin-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"820\" height=\"461\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<li>When the invited user <strong>Accepts<\/strong>\u00a0the invitation, they are redirected to the Sign-up page.\n<ul>\n<li>If the user is new to the platform, they need to enter the required details shown in step 3 above to complete the registration.<\/li>\n<li>If the user\u2019s email address\u00a0is already registered on the platform, the user is prompted to enter the password to sign in.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"alert alert-info\"><strong>Note<\/strong>:\u00a0At this point, the user would only be able to access bots built in this account and wouldn&#8217;t be able to build bots from the Bot Builder for this account.<\/div>\n\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"w-separator size_small with_line width_default thick_1 style_solid color_border align_center\"><div class=\"w-separator-h\"><\/div><\/div>\r\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column \">\r\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\r\n\t\t\t<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Giving_Access_to_Bot_Builder\">Giving Access to Bot Builder<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>After a user is invited to an account, the administrator can enable Bot Builder access to these users.
