You can also view the dropout rates at various stages of the conversation.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Every user interaction session is plotted as a flow and it represents the unique path that the users have traversed during the session.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: Conversation Flow is available only for Published Bots with which the users have interacted.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Every flow starts with an intent that the user has invoked to initiate the conversation and expands to show further interactions. Every conversation flow typically starts with one of the following intents\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Individual task intents,<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">FAQs, <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Small Talk, <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Help and <\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Not Handled utterances.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Nodes<\/strong> are the individual points plotted on the conversation flow across various levels. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Only the nodes that need input from the user are plotted on the graph.
