You can configure and enable actions for Service Now, Salesforce, Zendesk, Hubspot, and others. Each of these integrations provides a full conversation flow definition, a low-code interface for API integration, and pre-built response mapping and create dialog tasks with pre-built templates without need to worry about developer assistance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can use the actions module, do the following:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enable<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> the Developer or a User to do a single-click authorization\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enable an integration to exchange data between two systems during the dialog task execution.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enable an integration and create the dialog tasks using the preconfigured templates supported by an integration.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The <\/span><b>Actions <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">module is available under the <\/span><b>Build &gt; Integrations<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> menu.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Actions_Enablement\"><b>Actions Enablement<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By default, your Virtual Assistant (VA) will not exchange data with any integration unless you authorize one or more actions through which it can communicate. You can enable an integration and perform actions in a third-party system.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Authorization_Types\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Authorization Types<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Kore.ai XO Platform supports OAuth 2.0, Basic, and API key based authentication to allow an integration to exchange data.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"OAuth_v2_Authentication\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">OAuth v2 Authentication<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">OAuth v2 is the new version of the open protocol to allow secure authorization via a standard method from web, mobile, and desktop applications. This technique uses a header called Authorization, with a base64 encoded representation of the username and password. For more information, read the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/developer.kore.ai\/v10\/docs\/bots\/advanced-topics\/authorization\/bot-authentication\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bot Authorization Overview<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> article.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"API_Key\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">API Key<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Identification and authorization token generated or provided by a web application or web service used to identify the incoming application request, and in some cases, also provides authentication for secure access. The notification requests the bot developer to reauthorize. The integration moves to an error state as soon as the token expires.
