You can use the <\/span>Prebuilt Action Templates <\/b>from your ServiceNow integration to auto-create dialog tasks and test them using the <\/span>Talk to Bot<\/b> option.<\/span><\/p>\n

Steps to create a dialog task using ServiceNow action templates:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Go to <\/span>Build > Conversation Skills<\/b>,<\/span> and then click the <\/span>Dialog Tasks<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Click <\/span>Create a Dialog Task<\/b>.<\/span>

  3. On the Dialog Task pop-up, under the <\/span>Integration<\/b>, select the <\/span>ServiceNow <\/b>option to view the action templates.<\/span>
