This feature includes two modules \u2013 <b>Knowledge Graph<\/b> (Ontology-based and Few-Shot) and <b>Answer from Documents<\/b>.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Knowledge_Graph\">Knowledge Graph<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>The <b>Knowledge Graph<\/b> (KG) lets you turn static FAQ text into an intelligent, personalized conversational experience. There are two types of knowledge graphs:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The <b>Ontology-based Knowledge Graph<\/b> lets you create an ontological structure of key domain terms and associate them with context-specific questions and their alternatives, synonyms, and Machine learning-enabled traits.<\/li>\n<li>The <b>Few-Shot Knowledge Graph<\/b> leverages Kore.ai\u2019s Large Language Model (LLM) to simplify knowledge organization and KG training, letting you add FAQs to the root node without building and maintaining an ontology structure.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/developer.kore.ai\/v10-1\/docs\/bots\/bot-builder-tool\/knowledge-task\/knowledge-ontology\/\">Learn more about the Knowledge Graph<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Answer_from_Documents_Beta\">Answer from Documents (Beta)<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><b>Answer from Documents<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> helps answer end-user queries from unstructured PDF documents without the need to extract individual FAQs and train them.
