The Kore.ai XO Platform now allows an administrator to view all data tables and views in the workspace. <\/span>An administrator can also change the ownership of the data tables and views.<\/span><\/p>\n

View Data Tables and Change Ownership<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

As an administrator you can view all data tables in the workspace.<\/span><\/p>\n

To view data tables, follow these steps:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Log in to the <\/span>Kore.ai Admin Console<\/span><\/a> with your admin user credentials.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Navigate to <\/span>Data Tables & View > Data Tables<\/b>.\"\"<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n
  3. In the Data Tables page, you can view all tables that you own and the shared tables in the workspace.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. To change the ownership of a table, click the <\/span>ellipsis […] <\/b>icon and select the <\/span>Change Owner<\/b> option.\"\"<\/a><\/span><\/li>\n
  5. In the Change Table Owner dialog, select the new owner for the table and click Proceed<\/b>.<\/span>\"\"<\/a><\/li>\n
  6. Once the Ownership is changed, all related tables and views ownership is also transferred to the new owner. The table is moved to the new owner and all app assignments for this table are lost. For more information, see Change Table Ownership<\/a>. <\/span><\/b><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    View Table Views and Change Ownership<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n
