Naver Works<\/b> is the business messaging channel for Naver Corporation, a prominent internet services company in South Korea. The channel can be used by anyone with a screen similar to Naver\/LINE service. It allows communication with users on the LINE<\/i><\/b> service and the Naver Works users from other companies.<\/p>\n

The steps to configure Naver Works are summarized below:<\/p>\n

  1. Create a Virtual Assistant (VA) on the Naver Works Developer Portal<\/a><\/b>.<\/li>\n
  2. Add a Client Application on the portal<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  3. Authorize the Virtual Assistant<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  4. Add the Virtual Assistant<\/a> on the Line Works Admin Console<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  5. Enable the channel on the Kore.ai XO Platform<\/a>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Step 1: Create a Virtual Assistant on Naver Works<\/span><\/h3>\n

    To set up Naver Works as a channel, you must create a VA on Line works and enable a callback for the XO Platform to exchange messages. To create a VA, follow the steps below:<\/p>\n

    1. Log in to Line Works Developer Console<\/a> and click the Bot<\/b> left menu item.<\/li>\n
    2. Click the Register<\/b> button.<\/li>\n

    3. Enter all the mandatory fields.<\/li>\n
    4. Select API 2.0<\/b> for API Interface<\/b>.<\/li>\n

      \"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

    5. Click Save<\/b>.<\/li>\n\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n

      Note<\/b>: Please add the registered VA in the Admin<\/b> section to conduct thorough testing. After adding the VA, switch to Public to show all members.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\r\n\t

      Step 2: Add a Client App<\/span><\/h3>\n

      The next step is to add a client application to integrate with the Kore.ai XO Platform using the app\u2019s credentials. To add a client app, follow the steps below:<\/p>\n

      1. Navigate to API 2.0<\/b> on the left menu of the Line Works Developer Console<\/b>.<\/li>\n
      2. Click the Add Client App<\/b> tab.<\/li>\n

      3. Add the App name and click Confirm<\/b>.<\/li>\n

      4. On the Manage client apps<\/b> page, copy the Client ID<\/i><\/b> and Client Secret<\/i><\/b> values displayed for the client app.<\/li>\n

      5. On the Kore.ai XO Platform, navigate to Deploy<\/b> > Channels<\/b> > Naver Works<\/b>.<\/li>\n

      6. Click the Configurations<\/b> tab.<\/li>\n
      7. Paste these values for the Client ID<\/i><\/b> and Client Secret<\/i><\/b> fields.<\/li>\n

        Important<\/b>: Please ensure to copy and paste the Bot ID<\/i><\/b> from the Line Works Developer Console<\/b> > Bot<\/b> page to the Kore.ai XO Platform Configurations<\/b> section of the Naver Works<\/b> Channel.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\r\n\t

        1. Click the Copy<\/b> button for the Redirect URL<\/i><\/b> field.<\/li>\n

        2. Paste the value on the Manage Client Apps<\/b> page of the Line Works Developer Console, and click Add<\/b>.<\/li>\n

        3. Click Manage<\/b> for the OAuth Scopes<\/b> field.<\/li>\n
        4. Select the Bot API read to and write<\/b> scope to access the app through the API on the Select API Scope<\/b> window, and click Save<\/b>.<\/li>\n

          Step 3: Authorize the Virtual Assistant<\/span><\/h3>\n

          After adding the client app, the next step is to authorize the VA to allow the integration with your Naver Works bot. To authorize, follow the steps below:<\/p>\n

          1. In the Configurations<\/b> section for Naver Works on the Kore.ai XO Platform, click the Authorize<\/b> button.<\/li>\n

            Step 4: Add the Virtual Assistant on the Line Works Admin Console<\/span><\/h3>\n

            To add the VA to the Line Works Admin Console, follow the steps below:<\/p>\n

            1. Navigate to the Line Works Admin Console<\/a>.<\/li>\n
            2. Click Service<\/b> on the left menu, and click the Bot<\/b> option.<\/li>\n

            3. In the Add Bot<\/b> window, click the Add Bot<\/b> button, select the required Bot from the list, and click Add<\/b>.<\/li>\n
