Digital Skills address those situations when you have to retrieve or present information from\/to the end user, and you want to do this in a way that is simple to navigate and visually appealing.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"w-separator size_small with_line width_default thick_1 style_solid color_border align_center\"><div class=\"w-separator-h\"><\/div><\/div>\n<h1><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_are_Digital_Skills\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">What are Digital Skills?<\/span><\/span><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Digital Skills are a set of features within the Kore.ai XO Platform which allow you to create interactive user interfaces that can either retrieve or present information to\/from the user. These interfaces take the shape of either of the following:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Digital Forms<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">: These allow you to retrieve information from end users by showing them a form rather than configuring the assistant to ask them for each piece of information individually.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Digital Views<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">: There are two components to Digital Views:&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Widgets<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">: These can be set up to retrieve information from a Dialog Task, JSON file or Digital Form and present it to the user.&nbsp;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Panels<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">: A Panel is like a collection of widgets. You can use Panels to present end users with the same type of information in an organized manner, but all in one place. For example, you might have a <\/span><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">My Trips<\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Panel, which could include widgets for <\/span><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Upcoming Trips<\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, <\/span><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Completed Trips<\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and <\/span><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Canceled Trips<\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"w-separator size_small with_line width_default thick_1 style_solid color_border align_center\"><div class=\"w-separator-h\"><\/div><\/div>\n<h1><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Digital_Skills_Implementation\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Digital Skills Implementation<\/span><\/span><\/h1>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You can implement Digital Forms within the Kore.ai XO Platform, by following <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/developer.kore.ai\/v10-1\/docs\/bots\/bot-builder-tool\/digital-forms\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">this article<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You can also implement Digital Views by following the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/developer.kore.ai\/v10-1\/docs\/bots\/bot-builder-tool\/digital-views\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">process described here<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.
