the <\/span><b>ANALYZE <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">section based on the user\u2019s selection(s):<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><a hours.<\/span><\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Filter_Criteria_Descriptions\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Filter Criteria Descriptions<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The following table describes all the filter criteria available on the Kore.ai XO platform:<\/span><\/p>\n<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<th><b>Filter<\/b><\/th>\n<th><b>Description<\/b><\/th>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><b>Date<\/b><\/td>\n<td>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select a specific time period to display all the conversations that occurred during the period. The date format is <strong>MM-DD-YYYY<\/strong>.<\/span> Following filter criteria are available for the date filter:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><b>24 Hours<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 Data aggregated immediately preceding 24 hours is displayed. This is the default setting.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><b>7 Days<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 Data aggregated over the past seven days is displayed. The start date is the day you select from which this filter is applied. By default, the current day is set as the start date, which you can change.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><b>Custom<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 You can choose a custom date range to filter the records. Choose the start date and end date in the calendar and click the <b>Select<\/b> button to filter the records. The Platform stores only the latest six months of data, and you can apply the date filter only for this date range.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><b>Conversation Type<\/b><\/td>\n<td>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The data on the relevant dashboard is displayed based on the interactive or non-interactive conversation type. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/developer.kore.ai\/v10-1\/docs\/bots\/analyzing-your-bot\/what-are-conversations\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Learn more<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>The Developer Interactions are not included in the Conversation Type filter.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><b>Conversation Status<\/b><\/td>\n<td>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The dashboard data is displayed based on the following conversation statuses:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Active Conversations<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: These are the ongoing conversations where the users are interacting with the VA.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Closed Conversations<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These are the conversations where an active session between the VA and the customer has ended. <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/developer.kore.ai\/v10-1\/docs\/bots\/bot-settings\/bot-sessions\/#Implementation\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Learn more<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><b>UserID<\/b><\/td>\n<td>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The UserID of the end-user related to the conversation. The following filter options are available:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Kore User Id <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2013 This User Id is generated by the platform when the user registers; or<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Channel User Id<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 Email address of the user as received from the channels. Developer interactions are available under Channel User Id.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">For \u2018Enterprise Bots\u2019, the email address (kore registered email address) is available under Channel Id.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can select the user id from the drop-down that\u2019s populated after you enter the first three alphabets of the user id.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can choose to either <\/span><b>Include<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> or <\/span><b>Exclude<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> the selected user id.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Channel-specific ids are shown only for the users who have interacted with the VA during the selected period.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><b>Languages<\/b><\/td>\n<td>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If it is a multi-lingual VA, you can select specific languages to filter the conversation that occurred in those languages. The page shows the conversations that occurred in all enabled languages by default.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>This criterion is <strong>not available for the Performance tab <\/strong>of NLP Insights<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><b>Channels<\/b><\/td>\n<td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">When the VA is published in multiple channels, select this filter to view the data for various channels enabled for the VA.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The conversations that occurred in all enabled channels are displayed by default.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><b>Task\/Intent<\/b><\/td>\n<td><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select specific tasks or intents to filter the conversation related to those tasks or intents. The page shows the conversations related to all tasks or intents by default.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> This criterion is<strong> not available for the Intent Not Found tab<\/strong> of NLP Insights.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><b>Utterance Type<\/b><\/td>\n<td>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select the <\/span><b>Trained <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">option to filter the conversations that only contain trained utterances to the VA.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To view the conversations that contain untrained utterances, click <\/span><b>Not Trained<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By default, this filter shows the conversations&#8217; data related to both Trained and Not Trained utterances.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>This criterion is<strong> available only for the Intent Found tab<\/strong> of NLP Insights.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><b>Utterance Status<\/b><\/td>\n<td>The dashboard data is filtered based on the utterance status, <b>Reviewed<\/b> or <b>Yet to be Reviewed<\/b>.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><b>Intent Type<\/b><\/td>\n<td>The dashboard data is filtered based on the conversation skill &#8211; <strong>Dialog Tasks, FAQs<\/strong>, or <strong>Small Talks.<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><b>Dialog Tasks<\/b><\/td>\n<td> The dashboard data is filtered based on the selection of available Dialog Tasks in the <strong>Dialog Tasks<\/strong> drop-down.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><b>Ambiguous<\/b><\/td>\n<td>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select the <\/span><b>Show Ambiguous<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> option to filter the conversations that identify multiple tasks or intents and the user is asked to choose from the presented options.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>This criterion is <strong>available only for the Intent Not Found tab<\/strong> of NLP Insights.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><b>Developer Interactions<\/b><\/td>\n<td>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select \u2018<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Include Developer Interactions<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u2019, to include developer interactions in the results. By default, the developer interactions aren\u2019t included.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Developers include both the VA owners and shared developers.<\/span><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td><b>Custom Tags<\/b><\/td>\n<td>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Select the specific custom tags to filter the records based on the meta-information, session data, and filter criteria. You can add these tags at three levels:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>User Level<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: These tags can be added to the user information.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Message Level<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: These tags can be added to the message of the current node. If the current node is not associated with a message, then the tag gets added to the immediate previous node that has a message associated with it.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Session Level<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: These tags can be added at the current session of the user.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can set the criterion as either <\/span><b><i>Contain<\/i><\/b> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">or <\/span><b><i>Does Not Contain <\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the specified value.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> This criterion is <strong>not available for the Debug Logs tab<\/strong> of NLP Insights.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can define Tags as key-value pairs from Script written anywhere in the application like Script node, Message, Entity, Confirmation prompts, Error prompts, Knowledge Graph responses, BotKit SDK, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The following script can be used for adding meta tags:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To add a User level tag:<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight:
