The <\/span>Import & Export<\/b> option allows you to import a Process App and to export a published or latest version of your Process App.<\/span><\/p>\n

Import App<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

To import a Process App, follow the below steps:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Click the <\/span>Settings <\/b>tab on the top.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. By default, the <\/span>General Settings<\/b> page is displayed.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. On the left pane, click <\/span>Import & Export<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. On the Import & Export page, by default, the <\/span>Import <\/b>tab is selected.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. On the Import page, configure the following details:<\/span>\n
      \n
    1. App icon<\/b> – Upload an app icon for your imported app.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. Definition File<\/b> – Choose a process definition file.<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. Config File<\/b> – Choose a process configuration file.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    4. Click <\/span>Import<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
    5. On the Process App Import dialog box, you can find the details.<\/li>\n
    6. Click Begin Import<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
    7. On the corresponding dialog box, you can find the status of the import. You can also download the Import Logs<\/em>.<\/li>\n
    8. Click Complete<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Importing replaces the current app with the configurations available in the import file. Any additional configurations present in this app would be removed.<\/p><\/div><\/div>

      Export App<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n

      The export option allows you to export a published or latest version of your Process App. You can export your Process App as a zip file and share it with your co-developers. The exported zip file consists of configuration and process definition files.<\/span><\/p>\n

      To export a Process App, follow the below steps:<\/span><\/p>\n

      1. Click the <\/span>Settings <\/b>tab on the top.<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. By default, the <\/span>General Settings<\/b> page is displayed.<\/span><\/li>\n
      3. On the left pane, click <\/span>Import & Export<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n
      4. On the Import & Export page, by default, the <\/span>Import <\/b>tab is selected. Click the <\/span>Export<\/b> tab.<\/span><\/li>\n
      5. On the Export page, select any of the following options:<\/span>\n

        1. Published <\/b>– If selected, it exports published versions of forms, flow, and settings.<\/span><\/li>\n
        2. Latest Versions <\/b>– If selected, it exports the latest version. Only the <\/span>in-development<\/span><\/i> version is included.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
        3. Click <\/span>Export<\/b>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
