It is set to refresh every 1 minute, which can be customized using the dropdown next to the Refresh button.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The Real Time Status includes:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Active Bots<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u2013 assistants that have one or more active sessions. Clicking on the expand arrow displays the name of the Active Bot along with the number of users interacting with it.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Active Channels<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u2013 clicking on the card expands the list of active channels along with the number of users using the same.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Active Agent Sessions<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u2013 agent sessions that are in progress at a given instance.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div class=\"w-separator size_small with_line width_default thick_1 style_solid color_border align_center\"><div class=\"w-separator-h\"><\/div><\/div>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Bot_Metrics\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Bot Metrics<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">By default, Bot metrics based on usage of <\/span><strong>all bots<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> during the <\/span><strong>last 24 hours<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> is displayed. You can customize the metrics displayed by the time period and bot selection.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Select the <\/span><strong>Bot<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> for which you want to see the metrics and further select a <\/span><strong>Task <\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">(multiple selections allowed) within the assistant if needed. By default, the metrics for all Bots are displayed<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The <\/span><strong>Time Periods <\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">you can select are:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>7 Days<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u2013 Data aggregated over the past seven days is displayed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>24 Hours<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u2013 Data aggregated during the preceding 24 hours is displayed. This is the default setting.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Custom<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u2013 Click to display the Custom Date Range dialog that you can use to define a specific date period \u2013 start date, and the end data for displaying activity data. Selection up to a maximum of 90 days preceding the current date is allowed.<\/span><\/li>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Filters<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> can be applied to display Metrics for the following:<\/span><\/li>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>conversation session type <\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">(introduced in ver 8.0 \u2013 <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/developer.kore.ai\/v10-1\/docs\/bots\/bot-settings\/bot-sessions\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">see here for more details on the conversation sessions<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">) can be either one or both (default setting) of the following:<\/span><\/li>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">interactive sessions<\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u2013 the conversation which include one or more messages from the user;<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">non-interactive sessions<\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u2013 conversations where only assistant messages are presented without any message from the user;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">over a specified <\/span><strong>Channel;<\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">based upon the <\/span><strong>meta tags<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> added at a message, user, or session levels. Multiple tags can be selected wherein the <\/span><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u2018AND\u2019<\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> condition is applied (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/developer.kore.ai\/v10-1\/docs\/bots\/bot-admin\/dashboard-bac\/#Tag_based_Filters\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">see below<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> for the applicability of the filter on widgets).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Bot Metrics provide access to the following information:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">An overview of the number of successfully <\/span><strong>Completed Tasks<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, <\/span><strong>Total Users<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> (unique users) who have interacted with the assistant, and number of <\/span><strong>Alerts Sent<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> is displayed.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A graphic illustration of the <\/span><strong>Messages and Conversation Sessions <\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">by the hour. This includes<\/span><\/li>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>Number of Messages<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> per hour\/day based upon the time period selected. A message is defined as an interaction between the user and the assistant.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The number of <\/span><strong>Conversation Sessions<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> per hour\/day based upon the time period selected \u2013 Conversation Session is defined as the uninterrupted exchange of messages between the user and the assistant without change of intent even after a considerable idle time based on the assistant\u2019s settings (<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/developer.kore.ai\/v10-1\/docs\/bots\/bot-settings\/bot-sessions\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">refer here for sessions configuration<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A chart depicting the <\/span><strong>Billing Sessions<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> by the hour\/day based upon the time period selected.
