<\/span><strong>Trigger Words<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> field.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Copy the <\/span><strong>Callback URL<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> for the Kore VA (located in the <\/span><strong>XO Platform &gt; Deploy &gt; Channels &gt; Mattermost<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">)\u00a0 <\/span><strong>Title<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, <\/span><strong>Description <\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">and <\/span><strong>Username <\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">fields.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Choose a default <\/span><strong>Channel<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.
