This article takes you through the main sections and menu items you will be using while working with the XO Platform. <\/span><\/p>\n

Throughout this article and within the Kore.ai XO Platform itself, a <\/span>Virtual Assistant<\/span><\/em> is also called a <\/span>Bot<\/span><\/em>. <\/span><\/p>\n

To get started navigating the XO Platform, log into your account and select the <\/span>Virtual Assistants<\/strong> tab.<\/span><\/p>\n

Explore The Landing Page<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n

After you sign in, you are directed to the landing page, which is, essentially, your account homepage.  This page preselects the <\/span>Virtual Assistants<\/strong> tab.<\/span><\/p>\n

The top menu available on the landing page provides access to the following options:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Access the <\/span>Virtual Assistants<\/strong> in your account:<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Reach your <\/span>Process Apps<\/strong>,<\/span><\/a><\/li>\n
  3. Access the <\/span>Data <\/strong>section<\/span><\/a>,<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Invite Members <\/strong><\/a>to your account,<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Access the Contextual <\/span>Help <\/strong>section.<\/span><\/li>\n
  6. Switch Workspace<\/strong>, if you are part of more than one team.<\/span><\/li>\n
  7. Access the <\/span>Profile <\/strong>section, which allows you to reach the following features:<\/span><\/li>\n
