You can build a Knowledge Graph in a CSV or JSON file and upload it to a VA. Similarly, you can export the existing Knowledge Graph to CSV or JSON. Exporting a Knowledge Graph helps you edit it in a spreadsheet or import it to another VA.<\/span><\/p>\n

There is a restriction of a maximum of 50k FAQs spread across a maximum of 20k nodes. Import of files exceeding these numbers is rejected.<\/span><\/p>\n

The XO Platform allows you to import any VA with a file size up to 50MB. If you try to import a bot with more than 50MB size, the import process will fail.<\/span><\/p>\n

To import a Knowledge Graph, please follow the steps below:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Open the VA where you want to import the KG and select the <\/span>Build<\/strong> tab.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. On the left pane, click <\/span>Conversational Skills <\/strong>> <\/span>Knowledge Graph<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. You can find the <\/span>Import<\/strong> option on the respective Knowledge Graph. <\/span>

  4. Click <\/span>Import<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. On the Import dialog box, do one of the following:<\/span><\/li>\n

    1. If you are creating the Knowledge Graph from scratch, so your VA has no Knowledge Graph questions already, then  click <\/span>Proceed<\/strong>.<\/span>
      <\/span>(or)<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. If you have an existing Knowledge Graph, make sure to back it up to a CSV or JSON file, and then <\/span>Proceed<\/strong>.<\/span>

    3. Drag and drop the file in the Import window or click <\/span>Browse <\/strong>to locate the file.<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. Click <\/span>Next <\/strong>to begin the import. <\/span><\/li>\n

    5. After the import is complete, the success message appears in a dialog box. Click <\/span>Done.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    6. The hierarchy is displayed in the Knowledge Graph and you can edit and use it to train your VA.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Exporting a Knowledge Graph<\/span><\/span><\/h1>\n

      To export a Knowledge Graph, follow the below steps:<\/span><\/p>\n

      1. On the left pane, click <\/span>Conversational Skills -><\/strong> Knowledge Graph<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n
      2. You can find the <\/span>Export<\/strong> option on the respective Knowledge Graph.<\/span>

      3. Based on the preferred format: click <\/span>Export JSON<\/strong> or <\/span>Export CSV<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
