Adding the Kore channel to your assistant allows end-users to interact with it using the Kore Messaging application available as a web, desktop, or mobile client.<\/span><\/p>\n

To add the Kore channel, follow the below steps:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Select the assistant that you want to add the Kore Messaging channel to.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. On the <\/span>Channels<\/strong> tab, click the <\/span>Kore<\/strong> icon. The <\/span>Kore Channel <\/strong>page is displayed.<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Under the <\/span>Enable\/Disable Channel<\/strong> section, select <\/span>Enable<\/strong>\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Enable <\/span>Bot Commands <\/strong>to be used within Kore Messenger Rooms. Provide a <\/span>Command Name,<\/strong> add <\/span>Help <\/strong>text, give an <\/span>Example Command<\/strong> and enter a <\/span>Description<\/strong>.<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n
  5. Save<\/strong> to enable the channel.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    After the channel is enabled and all configurations are verified, you can optionally publish the assistant to make it available for end-users, with the new channel. Learn more about<\/span> Publishing your Virtual Assistant<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n
