This option is particularly useful to enroll a large number of members.<\/p>\n<p class=\"filename_Kore.ai\">The import file should be a basic text file with one email address per line and saved as a <span style=\"color: #0000ff\">.<span class=\"filename_Kore.ai wysiwyg-color-blue\">txt<\/span><\/span> file format. After you create a bulk invite file, you need to upload the file.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"filename_Kore.ai\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"About_Bulk_Invites\"><span class=\"wysiwyg-font-size-x-large\">About Bulk Invites<\/span><\/span><\/h3>\n<div class=\"note\">When using a bulk invite file to add new users to your account, the following needs to be kept in mind:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Entries with an invalid email format are ignored.<\/li>\n<li>Invitation emails are sent to each email address which was successfully imported.<\/li>\n<li>Invites are not sent to existing account users.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<p>The following illustration is an example of the <strong class=\"UserInterface_Kore.ai\">Bulk Invite<\/strong> page in the <strong class=\"UserInterface_Kore.ai\">Enrollment<\/strong> module.<\/p>\n<p><a ref=\"magnificPopup\" href=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/35\/BAC_invite_bulk.png\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-22071\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/35\/BAC_invite_bulk.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"627\" height=\"301\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n<div class=\"w-separator size_small with_line width_default thick_1 style_solid color_border align_center\"><div class=\"w-separator-h\"><\/div><\/div>\r\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column \">\r\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\r\n\t\t\t<h3 id=\"create\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Create_a_Bulk_Invite_File\">Create a Bulk Invite File<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>You can create an invitation file with all the email addresses of the users you want to add to your Enterprise Bots Platform account. <strong>To create a bulk invite file<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In a text editor, enter a complete email address on each line or in a comma-separated list as shown in the following example: For a<span class=\"wysiwyg-color-blue\" style=\"color: #0000ff\"> .txt<\/span> file: <span style=\"color: #0000ff\">\u00a0Kore.aiUser1@kore.com Kore.aiUser2@kore.com Kore.aiUser3@kore.com<\/span><\/li>\n<li>Save the bulk invite file as a <span style=\"color: #0000ff\">.<span class=\"filename_Kore.ai wysiwyg-color-blue\">txt<\/span><\/span> file, for example, <span class=\"filename_Kore.ai wysiwyg-color-blue\" style=\"color: #0000ff\">Kore.aiImport.txt<\/span>.<\/li>\n<li>After you create a bulk invite file, you can upload the file to invite your users.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The following image is an example of text editor used to create a bulk invite file that can be uploaded with your custom list of users to invite to your Kore.ai account. <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-8216\" src=\"\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/35\/Create-a-Bulk-Invite.png\" alt=\"create-a-bulk-invite\" width=\"466\" height=\"248\" \/><\/p>\n\r\n\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t<\/div>\r\n\r\n\t<div class=\"wpb_text_column \">\r\n\t\t<div class=\"wpb_wrapper\">\r\n\t\t\t<h3 id=\"upload\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Upload_a_Bulk_Invite_File\">Upload a Bulk Invite File<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>This topic describes how to upload a file that contains user email addresses to invite the users to become Kore.ai users in your account. <strong>To upload a bulk invite file<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>In the <strong class=\"UserInterface_Kore.ai\">Enrollment<\/strong> module, on the <strong class=\"UserInterface_Kore.ai\">Bulk Invite<\/strong> page, click <strong class=\"UserInterface_Kore.ai\">Choose File<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Navigate to your bulk invite file created as mentioned in the previous section, and then click <strong class=\"UserInterface_Kore.ai\">Open<\/strong>. The filename is displayed to the right of the <strong class=\"UserInterface_Kore.ai\">Choose File\u00a0<\/strong>button.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong class=\"UserInterface_Kore.ai\">Send Invitations<\/strong>. The status of the import is described immediately following the\u00a0<strong class=\"UserInterface_Kore.ai\">Send Invitations\u00a0<\/strong>button.<\/li>\n<li>Click the <strong>View details here<\/strong> link to review the details of the import.
