Internet Explorer mode in Microsoft Edge is not supported.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Access_the_XO_Platform\">Access the XO Platform<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To access the Kore.ai XO Platform, visit<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/bots.kore.ai\/\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">https:\/\/bots.kore.ai\/<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. You will be directed to the login page.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You can sign up for Kore.ai XO Platform in any of the following two ways:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Create a new account<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">: The Kore.ai\u2019s XO Platform allows any user to sign up for the platform using their email address. You can sign up to create a personal account or even take the lead in setting up your enterprise\u2019s account in Kore.ai. After you sign up for the account, you automatically become the account\u2019s Admin, which allows you to invite other users to the account.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong>Join an existing enterprise account:<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">  If your enterprise is already on Kore.ai, you can become a part of the account in one of the following ways:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li>Your enterprise account\u2019s Bots Admin sends you an invite. <\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">If you haven\u2019t already received the invitation email, reach out to them for access.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>You can sign up using your enterprise email account and you are prompted to either join the enterprise network or create your own personal account.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"New_Account_Sign-up\">New Account Sign-up<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">To sign up for a new account on the Kore.ai\u2019s XO Platform, follow these steps:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Go to<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/bots.kore.ai\/botbuilder\/login\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">https:\/\/bots.kore.ai\/botbuilder\/login<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the Sign-up page, enter the email ID in the <\/span><b>Email ID<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> field.<\/span><br \/>\n<table style=\"height: 18px;width: 100%;border-collapse: collapse;background-color: #fffbea\" border=\"1\">\n<tbody>\n<tr style=\"height: 18px\">\n<td style=\"width: 100%;height: 18px\"><strong><em>Note<\/em><\/strong><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">: If the email address is already registered, the platform prompts you to sign-in\u00a0 and to enter the password.<\/span><\/em><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Enter all the other details to create the account.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<table style=\"height: 18px;width: 100%;border-collapse: collapse;background-color: #fffbea\" border=\"1\">\n<tbody>\n<tr style=\"height: 18px\">\n<td style=\"width: 100%;height: 18px\"><strong><em>Note<\/em><\/strong><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">: The account you create is identified by the email domain. Upon verification, your account is created.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can also complete the verification using the 6 digit verification code sent to the registered email address. Now, the Kore.ai XO Platform offers an additional layer of security beyond username and password during account sign-in with <b>Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)<\/b>. Enabling 2FA prompts for a security code verification after you&#8217;ve entered your username and password. <a href=\"https:\/\/developer.kore.ai\/v10-1\/chatbot-overview-ja\/two-factor-authentication-for-platform-access\/#Two-Factor_Authentication_for_End_Users\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Learn more<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"The_Platform_Landing_Page\">The Platform Landing Page<\/span><\/h2>\n<p>After you sign in to Kore.ai\u2019s XO Platform, you are directed to the landing page. From this page you can access various offerings as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Virtual Assistants<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 Design, build, test, and deploy AI-powered virtual assistants. In the Kore.ai XO Platform, Workspaces are created when setting up your Kore.ai XO Platform account, and if you choose to use SSO.<\/p>\n<p>Team members can join one or multiple Workspaces, or they can create their own. It\u2019s easy to browse Workspaces within the same organization and to switch between them. Here is how it works.<\/p>\n<p>Some of the common scenarios where you can join or sign up to a workspace include the following:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>If you are invited by someone to join their workspace.<\/li>\n<li>If your enterprise administrator adds you to your enterprise workspace through SSO or API.<\/li>\n<li>If you use a business email address to sign up, you can join any other workspace that matches your email domain. In such cases, the system only creates a User identity for you and adds you to the selected workspace.<\/li>\n<li>If you sign up using Single Sign-On (SSO) options like Google or Office 365, the platform will use your email domain as the Workspace name. For example, if your email address is john@doe.com, your workspace will be created as \u2018doe.com\u2019. You can always change the Workspace name from the Profile menu.<\/li>\n<li>If you sign up using the email address verification option, you can define your workspace name during signup.<\/li>\n<li>If you are the first user of a workspace, i.e., if you have created the workspace, you will automatically become the Workspace Owner.<\/li>\n<li>Additional users can be invited to a workspace using the \u2018Invite Team\u2019 option or inviting users to a particular assistant.<\/li>\n<li>A user can belong to multiple workspaces.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Join_a_Workspace\">Join a Workspace<\/span><\/h3>\n<p>Before setting up your Workspace, you need to sign up to the Kore.ai XO Platform.<\/p>\n<p>If your email domain matches existing Workspaces within the XO Platform, then it means that your organization is already working on projects you may want to join. The Platform lists matching Workspaces and you can <b>Request Access<\/b> to them as soon as you sign up.
