Adding Bots

Kore.ai provides many built-in Bots at the Kore.ai Bot Store that you can use to set up an alert task or an action task. Each Kore.ai built-in Bot is predefined with one or more alerts, tasks, and related tasks.

A Kore.ai Bot is a website, web application, or any system that can act as a source for alerts and a destination for tasks. For example, a Bot can be Twitter, Salesforce, or CNN. You can create a Kore.ai Bot with an alert to notify you whenever you get a new follower or a mention for your Twitter account. You can also map a task to your Twitter Flow to tweet, or retweet a message based on the alert.

This topic lists and provides links to Kore.ai built-in Bots. But if the built-in Bots do not meet your needs, you can create your own Bot, and then use that custom Bot to define alerts and tasks. For more information, see Creating a New Bot.
